No more being passed from one person to the next when you have a question or wish to lodge a claim. We offer a one-stop service.
A managing agent that relieves trustees of their decision-making burden, while still being 100% liable to the body corporate. Quarterly reports of exactly what decisions have been taken and what is planned for the future, ensures that all owners are aware of body corporate matters at all times.

The Annual General Meeting is the most important meeting every year. We ensure that notices are sent timeously and correctly. We attend the general meetings, as well as trustees' / excom meetings, and take accurate minutes.
We assist with annual budgeting and enusre that levies are collected and calculated correctly as per the latest SG Plans. We keep full and proper books of account and records and compile and distribute detailed monthly management accounts. We also assist with the annual financial statements and pay all suppliers. Levies are kept in a trust account, protected by a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
We assist complexes / estates in complying with statutory requirements and advise on the requirements of all Acts in place.
We write letters on behalf of the trustees/directors/excom and all other administration that goes hand in hand with managing a scheme.
We assist in obtaining and annually renewing Fidelity Insurance and insurance over the common property and will ensure that an insurance valuation is done at least every three years.
We advise on how best to interpret the rules and how to enforce them, while staying compliant.Our team has extensive knowledge of rules that should apply and are happy to assist the trustees in drawing up scheme specific and accurate rules
